My passion is working closely with leaders of mission-driven organizations to make and implement important strategic decisions.

I have fifteen years of extensive experience with mission-driven organizations including: nonprofits, private foundations, management service organizations, socially responsible businesses, and social enterprises.

My favorite projects

Don't hire me to "consult" -- instead, expect me to quickly integrate as a member of your management team.  I provide extra capacity to help you get the work done -- with a fresh perspective and a new set of skills. I'm a "roll up my sleeves" kind of gal, but I also ask good questions. Hire me if you:
